I practice with inclusivity of only one party of the separation in the role of a medium to high-conflict consultant. This means that I do not meet or collaborate with your ex-partner. It is understood that your ex-partner is a high-conflict individual, who others may commonly refer to as a narcissist, and confidentiality is of utmost importance for your mental, emotional, and physical safety.
During our initial consult, I will ask you to include personal information regarding your family composition, current parenting arrangements (if any), income information, and your relationship history, which is necessary to assess the suitability of the my service. This virtual meeting is not a test and is designed solely for suitability and compatibility of your individual situation.
High-Conflict Consultancy offers:
> Strategy partner > How to communicate effectively with a high conflict individual
> Documenting for court, as needed > Co-parenting/parallel parenting/conflict parenting plans
> Managing post-separation abuse > How to understand the legal system and the processes
> Avoiding mistakes during court > Controlling emotions during times of dysregulation
> Understanding emotional/psychological abuse > A strategic team member, alongside your lawyer or legal team
Medium to high-conflict consultancy encompasses all situations of the family structure, with or without children. The conflict does not cease once an agreement is reached and may often increase for a period of time. If you are attempting to leave a medium or high-conflict relationship or have left already, you may feel the cycle will never stop. Learning how to manage your reactions and what steps are safe to take is not common knowledge. Discover how to regain control of your life and rechart your journey.
Note: the services are 100% confidential, and all measures are taken to protect the safety of you and your loved ones - emotionally, mentally, physically, financially, and psychologically.
"Over and over again, I have learned how damaging, how unrelenting, the aftermath is from these pathological, quietly undermining relationships. "
