About Me

Rosana Khan is the founder and operator of Separation and Divorce Consulting in Victoria, British Columbia.  

My work is rooted in lived experience of navigating my own high‑conflict divorce in 2001, self‑representing, and ultimately securing full primary parenting of my two young children. That journey ignited my commitment to supporting others facing similarly overwhelming separations.

I hold a degree in Child and Youth Care with a specialization in Child Protection (2007, with distinction) and bring 18 years of frontline experience working with children, youth, and families in high-conflict family law matters. As a former social worker with the Ministry of Children and Family Development, I have spent the majority of my career managing high‑conflict individuals, facilitating family group conferences, and supporting families through traumatic transitions.

In 2023, I expanded my professional training, earning my Divorce Coach Certification, completing advanced training in managing high-conflict personalities, and becoming certified as a High-Conflict Separation and Divorce Consultant (California). I have also trained as an Advanced Family Mediator through the Justice Institute of BC and Family Mediation Canada.

A Separation and Divorce Consultant is a well‑established role in the United States and an emerging practice in Canada. I work primarily one‑to‑one, offering strategic, practical, and conflict‑informed support throughout every stage of a client’s separation or divorce process. I provide my expertise with clarity and structure that clients need when navigating the separation or divorce process.

My approach is grounded in transparency, honesty, and unwavering advocacy for those whose voices are minimized or dismissed. With firsthand knowledge of the emotional and legal battles involved, I walk beside clients through the chaos, helping them regain control, confidence, and stability.
